SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

Safety Announcement: DEWALT DW660 Cut-Out Tool Safety Recall

DEWALT Industrial Tool Co. is recalling to repair certain DW660 Cut-Out Tools because it may be possible for a wire in the handle to touch the arbor shaft, creating a possible shock hazard under certain circumstances.

This recall to repair program involves only the following tool:

Profile of Cut Out tool.

Tools with a letter “V” stamped on the product nameplate are NOT affected by this recall.

If your cut-out tool is affected, STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY, and call DEWALT toll-free 1-888-263-9051 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to arrange for a free repair.
